We want families to enroll with confidence. This policy covers what happens if you need to withdraw a student from Leadership Lab, for tuition paid directly by a family. If your tuition is paid through EPIC Learning Funds or another organization, refunds are issued back to that funding source, not to you directly, and may also be subject to that organization's own rules.
The $25 one-time materials fee is non-refundable once your student's enrollment is confirmed and platform access is granted.

| After Module 1, but before Gathering 2 (Prepared Speech Showcase) | 50% of tuition paid |
| On or after Gathering 2 | No refund — by this point gathering logistics, capstone planning, and instructor time are already committed |
If you're on the 3-month payment plan ($70/mo), withdrawing stops all future charges immediately. Payments already made follow the refund schedule above based on when you withdraw, not how many payments you've made.
If we cancel a cohort or a gathering and can't offer a reasonable make-up, you'll receive a full refund for the affected portion of the program — no exceptions.
Email apply@thefamilytablehq.com with your student's name and withdrawal date. We'll confirm receipt and process any applicable refund within 10 business days.
